For me, yoga is not just a workout to keep my body fit or weight in check, it is so much of a spiritual practice where I constantly strive to bring the body, mind and soul into alignment. It is my lifestyle - the way I live my life. It has taught me that there is no such thing as a perfect pose, but a consistent effort of being non-violent to self, accepting where I am and joyfully moving towards where I want to be. This approach has practically changed the way I deal in my business and my personal goals. It no longer frustrates me that I have not achieved my targets or reached the end of my goal. Instead Yoga has taught me virtues of patience, persistence and complete detachment from the end result. It is now only about the journey and not about the destination"
