For me, yoga is not just a workout to keep my body fit or weight in check, it is so much of a spiritual practice where I constantly strive to bring the body, mind and soul into alignment. It is my lifestyle - the way I live my life. It has taught me that there is no such thing as a perfect pose, but a consistent effort of being non-violent to self, accepting where I am and joyfully moving towards where I want to be. This approach has practically changed the way I deal in my business and my personal goals. It no longer frustrates me that I have not achieved my targets or reached the end of my goal.

Sometimes I loose my discipline, can't keep up with my own theories, and give into temptation. Sometimes I question my own goals, sometimes doubt takes over clarity in all ways possible. I feel lost and maybe even broken.
But everytime that has happened and passed, On the other side of it I learn something so new, so expansive, so mind bending that all the pain was worth it!

For instance if you had a healthy green salad for lunch instead of pizza or biryani, you will notice a whole of difference. The salad makes you feel fresh, on-the-go for the next meeting or chore that you had planned for the day and rich heavy dishes makes you feel sluggish at least for an hour or two after lunch. Imagine the same scenario for a week. And then for a month, our small habits start dictating our drive and sometimes even our promotion! What do I recommend? I suggest intelligent eating. This is not starving or dieting.
